Project Design
Project design sets the stage for a successful project. Our independent architects and in-house team will begin to review critical information regarding the structural systems, building interiors, and site assessments. The architects work together with all other key team members to add value and innovation to the project scope.
Budget
With a design in place, our team can put together a set budget that fits within your cost allowance. We will produce initial estimates and then a final maximum price. We only charge you what the project actually costs. With all key members of the team under one roof, you can be assured that the budget will be accurate and reasonable.
Permits & Approvals

Build
At this stage of the process, while traditional build methods would require bidding for a contractor, we move straight to the construction phase. We even begin preliminary steps while the design is still being finalized. This overlap allows for rapid delivery of the project completion while still adhering to a high standard of quality in both materials and workmanship. Following construction, we will perform a walkthrough and supply you with any additional literature and documentation to set you up for success.
